GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Minirep
These are our general terms and conditions, which, together with the references they contain, apply to every agreement we, Minirep (Chamber of Commerce number 76899268), enter into with you. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these general terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.
Article 1 – Products
We sell tools for paintless dent repair and paint repairs.
Article 2 – Registration
You must register to order a product. You need to provide us with your personal details for this. These personal details must be accurate and up to date. We take great care in protecting your personal information; see also our Privacy Statement on our website. Use a strong password for your account and never share your password with others. You are responsible for any misuse of your account (for example, if someone else places an order using your password).
Article 3 – Payments
The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. Payment must be made within 0 days of the invoice date. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
Article 4 – Deliveries
We deliver your product to the address you provided at the time of ordering. You cannot change the address once the package has been shipped. DPD handles the distribution. Once the package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking code to follow your order. We strive to deliver the order as quickly as possible. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive your order no later than 30 days after order confirmation. If this is not possible, you may request either (a) a refund of the amount you paid for the product or (b) a replacement product of equal value.
Article 5 – Returns
You may return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You can do this using the return form or by sending an email to sales@denttoolseurope.nl. After receiving confirmation from us, you must send the product back within 14 days. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. During the period you have to decide whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it.
Article 6 – Warranty
We offer a 5-year warranty on all tools larger than 3/16. If the product breaks under normal use within the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement product. You must return the defective product to us in its original packaging. The shipping costs are your responsibility.
Article 7 – Liability
We are not liable for any damage caused by the use of a product, unless the damage is a result of our intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or deliberate recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case be limited to the amount paid for the ordered product.
Article 8 – Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, logos) on our texts, photos, images, and other materials are owned by us (or managed by us with permission from the rights holder). Your use must not infringe upon these rights.
Article 9 – Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, we would like to hear about it. Please send your complaint as soon as possible (and as detailed as possible) to sales@denttoolseurope.nl. We will handle your complaint as quickly as possible, no later than 5 days after receiving your complaint. If it takes longer to resolve the complaint, you will receive confirmation of your complaint within 3 days and we will inform you when you can expect a substantive response. If we cannot resolve the complaint internally, a dispute will arise that falls under the disputes procedure.
Article 10 – Dispute Resolution
Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and any agreements we enter into with you. In the event of a dispute, the court in Northern Netherlands will have jurisdiction.
